Yes! Professional cleaning services do only that. They come into an already organized area and specialize in how to clean each surface and find the hidden dirt. Maid services focus more on your every day chores such as laundry, dishes, tidying up, making beds etc. But we offer both! you can add on maid services to your normally clean as needed or every time we come.

You don't have to! We offer a tidy-up service to pick up an area before cleaning. However, if you don't what to add this service please have the floor and counters clear. Have everything put in its rightful place. The more the house is picked up the more through your cleaning will be.

Cleaning is the removal of dirt from the surface. This is what's needed for the majority of surfaces in your house. Disinfected is when a specialized disinfecting product is left wet on a surface for an specific amount of time to kill bacteria. We disinfect all toilets and sinks with every clean.

Not only does every surface not need to be disinfected, but not every surface can be. Only surfaces that are non-porous and can withstand harsher chemicals can be disinfected. Common surfaces that can not be disinfected are upholstery, unsealed wood, raw concrete or stone and unsealed grout.

Yes! We use a variety of tools and products to ensure a quality clean every time. You do not need to provide anything. We have extensive knowledge of our products and use cleaners that do not have an strong scent.

You are welcome to be home or leave during cleans. We do not require one or the other and will gladly work around if you decide to stay home.

Many of our clients have pets and we love them all! As long as your pets are friendly and will not interfere with cleaning, we are happy to work around them and are happy to provide copious pets and scratches for free. Otherwise we ask that you restrict your pet to a designated area until we are done. All of our products are safe for pets once dried and all products should dry within 5min or less.

The cost of services is a calculation of many factors. How big is the space, how many bathrooms vs bedrooms, what type of surfaces are there, how many people and pets are in the household, how often will cleaning be done, how much product will be used during cleaning etc. All these things factor into your estimates.

Cleaning is a trade and there is a lot of education, knowledge, and skill that goes into it. Think of a landscaper, contractor, electrician, plumber, chef, or other serviceman in a similar category as your house cleaner. There are also many costs within cleaning services that are not the clean its self. The cost of service goes towards insurance (if property were to be damaged), cleaning supplies, cleaning education, livable wages for your cleaner, transportation, quality tools, background checks, sales tax and more. All of this is accounted for and included in your estimates. Just as there is a wide range of quality in these trades there is also a wide range of specialties and quality in the cleaning industry. We guarantee a high quality service.

We understand things come up and will work with you on rescheduling or changing appointments as needed. However, if canceling within 48hrs of service, 50% of the estimate is due. If the cleaner is locked-out or can not access the property the entirety of the estimate is due. If there is a true emergency please contact us directly.
